Just in - "LOVE" pillow kit

So one more fun idea either for a gift, or for you to think about for decorating your home in time for Valentines Day... did I hear a groan?? Just trying to keep a head of you! It is in the on-line store - all kitted up and ready to go! Tell me what you think.

A little embroidery and wool applique on some wonderful toweling fabric.. you just have to provide the pillow form or some  type of stuffing!

 

The snow is coming to Michigan!

We are expecting several days of snowfall this week... so everyone is out shopping it seems-  just in case it keeps us inside for a few days..... yes I was one of the ones out and about doing some Christmas shopping... but now back at home and updating various things on the blog and the website.. I am beginning to get the hang of this!!

So I have loaded some items into the online store.. some cute projects for Christmas that can still be made in time if you let me know soon!  some of those fun little tree ornaments that hold all kinds of goodies or gift cards. Some of those things that we cannot live without like glue pens and walnut shells and chenille needles. Plus some great new books.  Take a look - I am planning on using Jo's Best Friends next year with her new fabrics and to kit up many of her projects.  Also the book A Change of Seasons by Bonnie Sullivan  has  several projects that I plan to introduce to you.  Stay tuned!

So the Summer project that I have been following

Is from Temecula - it is a scrap quilt patterns are available June 1,July 1,and August 1. A small charge for each. I am using up my blue fabric scraps.. 

Some of you might recognize these fabrics!! 

I was wondering if anyone was working

On this summer scrap quilt?? We are on month 2 and there are a lot of half square triangles - I mean a lot.. Let me know

A new project for you to consider

We had a wonderful visit with our grandchildren see the picture below- so much fun playing in the "fabric room"

- these collector tins come every month and have a pattern, the fabric and a small gift or two... If you have not started these stop by and pick yours up

We have three of the "Frivols" made up the fourth is omits way and five and six will be ready in a month or so!! They come in collector style tins.... Each with a little gift and a pattern card. All are different as you can see but they are fun to make !! Some people are collecting all 12 tins - they make great storage containers too!
